Breaking the stereotypes
In this collection “A Pen Has A Name”, I want to explore the discrepancy and the gap between what is perceived at first glance and the power of not assuming the obvious. Through a series of pen close ups paired with their context, it portrays the backstory of each pen user. With that perception, I randomly pairs a title with each photography. This breaks down the stereotype and trains the mind to re-examine what stereotypes we may have had and to rethink the possibility of imagination without the name we had in our minds.
